intro: If Luffy appears first, he legs will step in first and he will meet the opponent face to face at his original size, if he appears second, he will come in doing exaggerated stretches

Post victory taunt Luffy will wriggle his arms in the air saying something like "I'm rubber your glue" or just laughing

Victory Luffy will adjust his hat and stretch is arms out to grab something to swing out on, he will quickly swing in to the camera but it will end on Luffy's happy face in slow motion.

Gameplay

Ability: gum gum fruit 

special moves:
gum gum jet pistol: with a quick swift blow Luffy punches the foe and give potent damage (no meter burn)

gum gum red hawk Luffy extends his arms out and reels his arm back in with a fire force (meter burn: He can reel it back farther for extra damage)

Busoshoku: Koka Luffy Hardens his body for armor and little to no damage (Meter burn adds armor)

gum gum bazooka: Luffy Launches his arms at the opponent to give damage (no meter burn)

Super Move: (gear 4) - If Luffy Hits successfully he will turn into his gear four move and toss the opponent up into the air, and begins to punch the opponent rapidly, giving massive damage and finishes off the opponent by slamming them to the ground.
